The Forward Controls CSR (Compact Sectional Rods) is an excellent tool to keep handy should you need to remove an obstruction or a stuck case. FCD took design inspiration from the old USGI M16 cleaning rods and made major improvements. The CSR was shortened to allow the rods to be carried and stored much easier, and the folding T-handle was also removed to reduce bulk. These rods are made of 17-4 stainless steel to ensure a lifetime of use.

WHAT’S INCLUDED
The kit includes: One handle (4.55″); standard length rod(s) (4.8″); short rod(s) (3.95″); one serrated ram plug for clearing stuck cases; one jag for cleaning patches; one 1″ elastic nylon band
The kit comes in the following configurations:
- 10.5 – 12.5″: 1 handle, 1 standard length rod, 2 short rods, 1 ram plug and 1 jag
- 14.5 – 16″: 1 handle, 3 standard length rods, 1 short rod, 1 ram plug and 1 jag
- 18 – 20″: 1 handle, 3 standard length rods, 2 short rods, 1 ram plug and 1 jag

- Note these rods are threaded 8-32 so they are incompatible with USGI 8-36 cleaning rods attachments, chamber brush, jag, and bore brush
