Lead Times

Wondering when to expect your order? Our fulfillment lead times vary according to product type and season. Fulfillment lead times can be seen on...

• Cart: Beneath the product name
• Order summary: On the checkout page
• Order confirmation email: This email also includes the number of shipments you can expect your order to arrive in

Note: International orders may take longer than the stated lead time depending on destination, address confirmation, or compliance requirements.

Tracking

Once your order has been packaged, you'll receive a tracking number via email. This is the best way to check your order's status—once a shipment leaves our shop, the tracking info is all we have access to as well.

Marked as "Delivered" but no package in sight?

Here are a few steps to take:

1. Check all entry points — doors, porches, side entrances, etc.
2. Ask household members or neighbors — someone may have grabbed it on your behalf.
3. Contact your local post office or carrier directly — they often have more detail on delays or delivery attempts than what shows online.

If you've gone through those steps and still can't locate your package, please email us at [email protected]. We have the same tracking information you do, but we'll do everything we can to help resolve the situation.

Domestic Shipping

We charge a flat rate of $8.00 for most orders shipped domestically. However, a limited number of items (such as body armor, night vision, and dropshipped targets) are more expensive to ship, and we will charge an increased rate for orders containing those products.

Signature Required for Orders Over $1,000

All orders over $1,000.00 will ship with "Signature Required" for delivery. If you would like to remove the signature requirement, please email [email protected] with your order number and that request.

Domestic Shipping Rates

International Shipping

• All international orders are final. They are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• International orders may take longer than the stated lead time depending on destination, address confirmation, or compliance issues.
• Many countries are restricted under United States ITAR, and some are further restricted based on fraud or shipping difficulties.
• No firearms will be shipped outside the United States under any circumstances.

APO/FPO Shipping

We ship to APO/FPO addresses, but please be aware that not all APO/FPO addresses accept holsters.

Carrier & Delivery

International orders are shipped via DHL Express International. We have found DHL Express to be the most reliable carrier for international shipments, as they offer real-time tracking and good customer service throughout the entire shipping process. Delivery is generally made within 2–8 business days, pending customs clearance.

The shipping charge for your order does not include import duties, tax, VAT, tariffs, or any other fees charged by the carrier for customs clearance. You are responsible for paying these fees upon delivery.
