How to Start a Return or Exchange

Approved returns and exchanges are processed within 3-5 business days.

What if I was sent the wrong product?

If we made a mistake with your order, please let us know immediately so we can get it fixed! We will pay the return shipping.

T.REX Holsters & Carriers / Accessories


Return or exchange anytime within 60 days of receipt. Use your holster/carrier/accessory normally and if you run into any issues and want to return or exchange it, simply email us at [email protected]. We will provide a pre-paid label to ship it back.

For Exchanges...

  • We want to minimize the amount of time you are without a holster. If you provide tracking information for your return shipment, we will ship your replacement holster to you before the original is delivered back to us.
  • If exchanging a Sidecar with an attachment, return the Sidecar with the attachment. A replacement attachment will be included with your exchange.
  • Exchanges can only be made for a variation of the same product. Different products of similar value are NOT eligible for exchange.

All Other Products


Return or exchange anytime within 30 days of receipt. Item must be in new condition and in the unopened original manufacturer packaging. Email us at [email protected] to start a return or exchange. Customer pays return shipping.

For Exchanges...

  • Exchanges can only be made for a variation of the same product. Different products of similar value are NOT eligible for exchange.

Seconds / Closeout / Open Box


Not eligible for returns or exchanges.

International Orders


Not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Discounted Items


Returns or exchanges initiated solely to obtain a discount will not be accepted.

Refunds


Refund Method
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few additional business days for funds to appear in your account.

Please Note:

  • All original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Items that require repackaging or cleaning may be subject to a restocking fee or rejected entirely.
  • Items that do not meet return requirements may be refused and returned to sender.
