Order Changes, Cancellations & Status
This page explains how to change or cancel your order, and what each order status means while your order is being fulfilled.
How Do I Change or Cancel My Order?
- Contact us ASAP at [email protected]. We process orders quickly, so changes and cancellations aren't always possible once fulfillment begins.
- If your order has already shipped, you'll need to return or exchange it.
- We reserve the right to cancel your order with notice if there is a problem. If you have questions about a cancelled order, please email us at [email protected].
What Does My Order Status Mean?
If you have a customer account, you will see these order status terms used to keep you updated on where your order is in the fulfillment process:
- Pending payment: Your payment is being processed and hasn't been finalized yet.
- Processing: Your order is being prepared for fulfillment.
- On hold: Your order has been paused. This could happen for a number of reasons. Please email [email protected] if you're unsure why your order is on hold.
- Completed: Your order has been packaged and shipped out from the shop.
- Refunded: You received a refund for your order.
- Failed: Something did not go right with your order and it did not process successfully. Please email us at [email protected] if you need help troubleshooting.
