The T.REX Titan is a level 2 holster that builds off the Legacy of our Ragnarok. Using the same tough .125” Kydex and universal mounting hole pattern, we added a robust locking mechanism that allows for a level of security that a passive Kydex holster can’t provide on it's own. With the Titan, you get the security of an active retention lock and the precision fit of a custom molded Kydex holster. This is not just a rattly bucket holster with a locking mechanism.
Aside from the superior fit and durability, Titan is fast and easy to use. The release button is large and ergonomically placed, making the holster quick and consistent even with minimal training. The retention lock is also built to be bind-resistant, greatly reducing the penalty for an improper draw or poor timing.
FEATURES
The Titan's open muzzle end allows for longer slides and compensators. However, compensators with large ports that extend across the full width of the slide have a chance to catch on the active retention mechanism. Test your setup carefully to ensure there is no interference.

See the extensive testing that we put the Titan through during development in the Titan Testing Documents.
The optic shell on the Titan is sized to accept almost all red dots available on the market, even larger options like the SRO w/ Jagerwerks BROS, Acro P2, Holsun 507Comp, and the Vortex Defender XL.
The only thing we’ve found that doesn’t fit is a T1/T2 on a Unity Atom slide; however, you can remove the optic cover and heavily modify the optic shell and make it work.
As a general rule, anything under 1.4” wide and under 1.4” above the top of the slide (on a common Glock setup) is good to go.
Active retention holsters provide a positive lock to keep the gun in the holster, requiring the user to defeat a mechanism like a button, lever, or hood to be able to draw the weapon.

I purchased this holster for PCSL 2 gun matches. I wanted a level 2 retention holster that did not rely on a retention hood and that is why I decided to go for this holster. It works well and I enjoyed using it. I got this for a Glock 34 gen 4 and Shadow system DR920L. Both work well in this holster.

Draws are smooth and controlled. Zero rattle or wobble when moving. Great holster and I’d highly recommend it

The holster retention is amazing and fast. The only complaint is the optic cover seems like a secondary thought and has little retention. However it moves out out the way easy while drawing. Like this holster enough I use it for court and plain cloths operations. Great job.

Great fit. It's a solid option if you want more retention than friction but you don't want the pain of having 2 mechnisims.

Very firm lockup on pistol with zero rattle. Easy to disengage with correctly applied force to the button but not so easy that I could see it actuating unintentionally. I use this on a qls fork attached to my night stand. This offers me more peace of mind that someone (a toddler for instance) couldn’t easily remove this pistol from the holster if every other preventative measure had failed. I just wish they offered compatibility with more models of pistol.

Good design, the only gripes I have is the optic guard comes off too easy. Find it laying in my seat every time I get out of my unit.

Greetings from Chile! I recently purchased the T.REX Arms TITAN for my Glock 45 Gen 5, configured for the Streamlight TLR-1 HL, and I couldn’t be happier with the overall quality and craftsmanship. I’m actually running a Fenix GL19R (V1), which is slightly narrower and shorter than the TLR-1 HL. Despite this difference, my Glock fits the holster remarkably well. The active retention mechanism engages positively, and the passive retention provides a secure fit against the slide. There is a slight amount of vertical play due to the dimensional differences between the two lights, but overall, I’m very pleased with how the setup fits. Of course, this is my personal experience with a non-standard light configuration, not an officially supported compatibility claim. The Kydex molding, hardware, finish, and overall construction are excellent. Everything feels solid, thoughtfully designed, and built to last. I also want to give a special shout-out to Josh S. and the T.REX Arms team. They went above and beyond to expedite production and shipping so my holster could make it to the US before my family’s return trip to Chile. Outstanding customer service! As a firearms enthusiast living thousands of miles away from Tennessee, owning a piece of American-made gear like this is something I genuinely appreciate. Built in Tennessee. Running in Chile. Keep up the great work, T.REX Arms! Greetings from Chile! 🇨🇱

I love this holster it works great, retention is great and the spot for the optic if big enough for all the optics I have.
Runs flawless

Bought the new duty holster for my Springfield Echelon. The holster works well and locks my gun in. No issues as of this post.

It's great! It does the thing that is says it does. I have Safariland ALS / QLS holsters and this is one of the unique situations where I think it can be said that the Titan is "just as gud". Suggestion for future iterations is to make a optic hood that is more permanently attached. I haven't lost it yet but makes me mildly anxious that it doesn't take much for it to abscond from me. Also... I pray for peace and reconciliation for the Botkin family and all the workers. Seems like a far off thing right now but I pray the LORD will bring it about someday!

Pro: - The retention is very good once the tension is adjusted. - The bottom is hollowed out so you don't have worry about casings jamming it - Fits full size 4.5F as well so this is one size fits all. Cons: - The hood retention is weak and flops around a lot, it got so annoying that I took it off and ran without it. - Exposed magazine release bottom, duty holsters shouldn't do that at all.

This holster finally answers the question, can we have level 2 retention on a 2011 without an attachment? I’m glad it is here and works.

Holster is a solid build with great retention and fit!

I have been using this holster on duty for a few months now. It is a good fit for the pistol with a fast draw. The hood is removeable (as are the Safariland hoods). This is exceptional for a Detective or Admin, still working through testing it's durability for Patrol. It's great to see companies creating competition among duty-level holsters.

Overall it’s good but man I do not like that the hood just flops around.

Big button, great fit, way better value than comps
