T.REX ARMS branded products are backed by a fully-transferable Limited Lifetime Warranty. If your product breaks due to normal use (training, fighting, and normal wear) we will fix or replace it.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
Step 1: Take Photos
Take 2-4 clear photos. Include one photo of the full product and close-up photos of the issue.
Step 2: Email Us
Email [email protected]. Send photos, a short description of the problem, and your original order number if available.
Step 3: Review
We will review and aim to respond to your email within 2-3 business days. If approved, we will respond with next steps.
Step 4: Complete Form
Complete the form we send and include your full shipping address so we can get you your replacement or repaired product.
Step 5: We Ship
Your replacement T.REX product ships free, made to last, and backed by our lifetime guarantee.
Step 6: Train!
Get out and train with your T.REX product, and be ready to defend life.
Warranty FAQs
Products Covered Under Warranty
- T.REX Holsters, Carriers, and Attachments
- T.REX Plate Carriers, Chest Rigs, Pouches, Belts, Slings, and other nylon products*
- T.REX Firearm Parts & Mounts
- T.REX Apparel & Patches
- Any other T.REX product not excluded as an exception in the section below
*T.REX ARMS nylon product warranty was extended to Lifetime in March 2026 and covers nylon purchased after January 1, 2024.
Exceptions to Products Covered Under Warranty
Some products fall outside the standard warranty terms:
- Consumables such as, but not limited to, targets, medical supplies, batteries, and stickers. These products are designed to be used up.
- T.REX HESCO T212 Body Armor Plates are covered under HESCO’s standard warranty, not the T.REX Lifetime warranty.
Damage Not Covered Under Warranty
- Normal cosmetic wear (scuffs, pattern wear, etc.)
- Misuse / abuse
- Intentional damage (hitting with a hammer, jumping on it, putting plastic parts in an oven for a Cerakote job, cutting/slicing it, etc.)
- Damage caused by neglect (such as leaving it outside for months in the sun)
- Product modifications
