Safariland is in the process of updating their ALS mechanism. This new update renders the current OT Defense NUB MOD incompatible with some holsters. If you plan to run the NUB MOD, please email [email protected] before placing your order to ensure it will fit your holster.

Safariland’s outside-the-waistband holsters have been a staple for us at T.REX for a long time. The 6354RDS allows for a smooth, fast, and uncomplicated draw, with the ALS (Automatic Locking System) securely latching onto the ejection port to keep the handgun firmly in the holster during activity. It is compatible with most red dot sights and has a hood to keep mud, rain, etc., off the optic. The hood flips out of the way during the draw, but it can also be removed entirely according to individual preference. All models we carry are compatible with SureFire X300 or smaller weapon lights.

FAQ

These holsters fit multiple lights, will they fit multiple guns? For example, can I put a CZ in a Glock holster?
While these holsters are not super picky when it comes to weaponlights, they are very much model specific. CZs wont work in Glock holsters, Glocks won’t work in SIG holsters, so on and so forth. If you don’t see your handgun listed in the drop-down menu we don’t offer a model for that specific setup.
Will shorter pistols fit into longer holsters? For example, will a Glock 19 work with a Glock 17 Safariland?
Shorter guns will work in longer Safariland holsters. However, the muzzle plug will be too short, so the gun will be able to move up and down in the holster. You can fix this by using the proper OT Defense Multi Muzzle Plug to fix the gap left by the stock muzzle plug that was made for longer pistols.
Will threaded barrels work in Safariland holsters?
Long story short, Yes. You’ll want to order a size up if you have a threaded barrel though, so if you have a 17 with a threaded barrel, you’ll want the Glock 34 model. So on and so forth. You can also use the OT Defense Threaded Barrel Plug if desired
