If you are looking for a budget rifle light that comes with everything you need, the Streamlight ProTac Rail Mount HL-X may be an option to consider. It has an excellent output of 1,000 Lumens and 27,600 Candela, which will allow you to illuminate up close and at intermediate distances. The Rail Mount HL-X includes everything you need to mount it on a rifle, including a pressure pad. If that sounds of-use to you, check it out.

The pressure pad mount for the Protac Rail Mount HL-X works well but isn’t the most durable or sturdy option out there. If you are wanting something a bit more solid, you may want to consider the Cloud Defensive LCS (Light Control System).
