T.REX MED-T Pouch

The MED-T is a belt-mounted tear-away medical pouch. Its internal layout is designed specifically around our MED-T Fill Kit to optimize space and accessibility. The fill kit contents cover as much of the MARCH algorithm (Massive hemorrhage, Airway, Respirations) as possible while maintaining a reasonable size and weight for belt-mounted use. The MED-T Platform is MOLLE compatible and offers a 1.75" belt pass-through for direct mounting to our Speed Belt or other similar-sized belts. The MED-T also features a quick-open pull tab, an ambidextrous shear holder, and an elastic loop for tourniquets.

FEATURES

• The bottom elastic loop is properly sized to fit CAT, SAM XT, and AlphaPointe TMT tourniquets.
• Internal tie-down loops for Combat Casualty Cards (DD Form 1380) or other small items.
• The quick-open tab provides fast access to components while also providing optional security for zipper pulls.
• Optimized layout sized specifically around the contents of our MED-T Fill Kit. The kit is designed to treat Massive hemorrhage, Airway, and Respiratory injuries.
• Integrated ambidextrous trauma shear sheath with shock cord pull tab.
• Compatible with MOLLE belts over 1.75" wide
