Safariland's ALS and GLS retention holsters are built for duty and range use where a secure, repeatable draw matters. ALS (Automatic Locking System) locks the weapon in place on holstering and releases with a single thumb paddle, while GLS (Grip Locking System) releases when you establish a full firing grip—no separate motion required.
