This is the T.REX ARMS Ready Rig.

A lightweight, low-vis chest rig with pockets for magazines, tools, medical, etc, and designed around an X-harness system combined with an elastic cummerbund. It comes ready to roll right out of the box, simply adjust it to fit and you’re good to go.
