The T.REX Ironside Hybrid IWB Holster is a hybrid inside-the-waistband holster built for carrying at the 3-5 o'clock position. Pairing a full Kydex shell with an Alcantara backer allows the Ironside Hybrid to provide the safety, security, and performance of a Kydex holster with the comfort of a leather/soft holster.
The Ironside Hybrid Backer is made from a strong, breathable, and low-maintenance material called Alcantara, combined with a closed-cell PE foam base, allowing the backer to provide a soft cushion feel while being water and stain-resistant, and extremely good at temperature regulation, staying cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

Actually, love this holster, the backing makes it very comfortable to wear for extended periods of time, its ventilated so it breathes. The clips make a positive lock on my belt, so it doesn't move or come unattached because of my movement. I give it a 5 Star rating. I wish TRex would have had a model for my Canik METE MC9L with an optic and a gun light I would have bought that one too!! Great value for the money, pretty quick delivery and I'm very happy with the purchase.

Comfortable IWB holster. I work 10 plus hour shifts in and out of car or at a desk and I leave the holster on during my shift. No issues so far.

This is very comfortable to wear. The most impressive feature is how well it fits the gun and light. Only downside is the clips on each side as they have more play in them than preferred. 4.5/5 would feel more appropriate if an option.
I initially bought the Raptor to carry appendix but it just didn't fit me very well. Even with the backer, appendix carry is just not a comfortable position for me. So I ordered the ironside hybrid holster and it's the most comfortable holster I've ever had. When I sit down it doesn't get in the way. I can drive in my car and sometimes I forget I'm even wearing it. Im a roofer and I walk a lot of roofs. Not uncomfortable to wear it at work. It vanishes on your hip and it's easy to access. I carry mine at 4 o'clock position. Again it's a no-brainer. My pistol is a Glock 43x. I'm 200 lb. 5 ft 6. So I'm short, strong but stocky. No other holster has worked this well.

I’ve gotten a few holsters over the years, always solid quality, and the little improvements that make a noticeable difference are very much appreciated. For example, changing some of nuts and bolts, literally, that makes it much easier to make adjustments to positioning.

Easily the most comfortable holster I’ve purchased. And I have a metric ton of holsters. I ended up buying multiple over the course of 3 months. Worth it. I carry every day. At least now I do. My only “complaints”: 1. I wish there was just a bit more can’t. My body profile requires nearly 45 degrees to get anything to sit right and stop printing. I ended up dropping the smallest available DCC clip on the front side to get it to work for me. But any normal well adjusted non-weirdo probably won’t have that problem. 2. I’d love a little extra height on the beaver tail section. My P365 XMacro has the standard grip module with a slight sharpness that rubs my chonk in all the wrong ways and a little extra there would solve it. But ya I could also lose weight so that’s trivial. Thanks for making a stellar product!

Decent holster and comfortable to wear, but the lack of a claw of any kind does make my Hellcat Pro print more than a holster I bought from Black Arch (Gradient hybrid IWB). I’ll be sticking with the Black Arch.

I bought thus holster thinking I could not comfortably where a appendix carrying after trying it out for a few weeks I found that I works much better with a button up or jacket other then that I love it and there other holsters

This is a well made, high quality holster. The backing material is quite comfortable and causes less sweating than other materials, including neoprene. My only gripe is that my pistol grip is aggressively stippled, and it would have been nice to have the backer cover the area where the grip rubs against my skin as well, but that could also interfere with drawing to some degree. All in all, I’m very pleased with the holster and T Rex customer service as well.

Holster fits my PSA Micro Dagger (comped and 43 sized slides) and accessories perfectly and is super trim and comfortable to wear all day.
