Overview

The Magpul ASAP Ambidextrous Sling Attachment Point allows a range of motion greater than 180 degrees, enabling true ambidextrous weapon manipulation for both left and right-handed shooters. The ASAP replaces the standard AR15/M16 carbine stock receiver end plate, providing a superior attachment point which minimizes snagging and facilitates more effective transitions when switching shoulders. The ASAP works with Single-Point type sling hook style attachments.

FAQ

How do I install it?

The Magpul ASAP requires some tools to install but is fairly easy to do yourself. We strongly recommend proper installation and staking of the castle nut. You can find videos of how to do this linked in our help article here. Proper castle nut torque is 36-40 ft/lbs.
