Late last year, we brought a slew of Modlite products back to the website, alongside a few lights from their new brand, Noxon. Modlite has a reputation for premium, high-performance lights and accessories, and that definitely carries over to the more budget-friendly Noxon products.
Rifle lights are Modlite’s bread and butter. Whether it's the high-candela OKW or the general-purpose PLHv2, both offer advantages in performance, modularity, and serviceability, while maintaining the dependability required from a rifle light. Noxon takes this pedigree and simplifies it, combining an American-made light engine with foreign-manufactured parts and the same US assembly/quality control as other Modlite products, providing great value without sacrificing performance or reliability.
At this point, most of you know the Modbutton Lite. It’s compact, modular, and can withstand the power demands of higher-output lights. Its design makes it easy to add mounting accessories, letting you tailor your light/switch setup to your preferences, whether it’s an M-LOK adapter as seen in the photo or one of the many third-party options that are available. The Noxon Fuze takes the Modbutton Lite recipe and makes it foolproof, so instead of relying on the connection between a plug and a separate tailcap, you get a fully integrated unit for a reliable connection without needing extra parts.
Noxon also offers some good handheld options. The EVAK CORE and MINI are your more traditional round lights, and their newest addition, the ANARK, offers a flat profile that more comfortably fits in your pocket. The ANARK’s dual-button operation eliminates the typical search for high and low modes, so you can be confident you’re activating high mode when you need it, and not blowing out your retinas when you just need an admin light.
