NEW T.REX MED-T + BCM Handguards

The MED-T is a belt-mounted medical pouch designed to optimize space, capability, and accessibility while maintaining a relatively compact form factor. Its platform is MOLLE compatible and features an integrated 1.75" belt pass-through.

Like the MED-H, the MED-T also features a quick-open pull tab, an ambidextrous shear holder, and an elastic loop for tourniquets.

The MED-T Fill Kit is designed specifically for the MED-T and covers as much of the MARCH algorithm as possible while maintaining a reasonable size and weight for belt-mounted use.

BCM Handguards have long been one of our go-to’s in the armory because they offer a strong, stable platform for lasers and other accessories while staying relatively light.

The steel KMR barrel nut and clamping system provides a secure lockup and allows the end user to swap rail systems without removing the barrel nut, which can benefit those of us who can’t seem to leave anything alone.
