The ACOG needs no introduction—its bombproof construction and time-tested reliability have solidified it as a staple within the industry. The 3.5×35 model offers significantly increased eye relief over the more common 4×32 at the cost of some magnification, a little FOV, and a larger footprint. We find these to be good trade-offs for those who don’t like the tight eye box of the 4×32 model but still want that ACOG reliability.
This is the TA110 (LED) model, which is powered by a single AA battery that provides over 12,000 hours of illumination on setting 4 of 6. Unlike the TA11, the TA110 has two mounting bosses, one at the rear and one in the front, which we call a “middle mount.” These bosses allow better use of our Aimpoint Micro and Acro top mounts than the rear-only mounting boss found on the TA11.
