Streamlight TLR-7 HL-X Pistol Light

The TLR-7 series is our preferred compact pistol light and has been for a while now. The switches are some of the best in the industry, featuring both momentary and constant functions while being easily activated without sacrificing too much grip. While the TLR-7 hasn't been the brightest pistol light on the market, the output has been acceptable for a light of its size at pistol engagement distances. That's where the TLR-7 HL-X comes into the picture.

The HL-X features upgraded circuitry and a larger HPL light head to offer double the output of a standard TLR-7, sitting at an impressive 1,000 lumens and 22,000 candela when used with Streamlight's SL-B9 USB-C rechargeable battery (included). For the sake of redundancy, the light still functions with your standard CR123s, but it will have a reduced output similar to the TLR-7 X. With the new HPL head, the TLR-7 HL-X sits flush with G17-sized pistols, offering an excellent intermediate option between the TLR-7 X and the larger TLR-1
