The HL-X Pro is Streamlight’s most recent update to the HL-X Rail Mount family. The HL-X Pro features a new momentary-only pressure pad, a new tailcap with a constant-on function and remote port, and an M-LOK scout footprint mount on top of the existing Picatinny mount. This makes the HL-X Pro plug-and-play out of the box for most rifles. On top of all that, the HL-X line also got a performance increase, now with over 50,000 candela at the same 1000-lumen output as the old HL-X. As far as budget lights are concerned, the HL-X is a strong contender and punches far above its price range.
