The Cejay Phoenix Jr. AA/123 is a tough yet cost-effective helmet-mounted beacon that can be used with a single AA or CR123 battery. It features two IR modes, constant and a 1.3-second flash cycle, which is switched by a simple rotary tail cap design. Since this light doesn't feature any visible light modes, a small red indicator temporarily displays which mode you are in.
