A squared-off basepad allows the magazine to fill the palm of your hand better, which can aid in consistent indexing. It adds plus 5 in .40 S&W magazines and plus 6 in 9mm magazines. Every basepad includes a longer spring to replace the shorter OEM spring.

I wanted to plus up some of my Glock 17 mags and this mag extension came recommended. Pretty easy to set up and install. I do shoot USPSA and have zero issues with it. On a Gen4 glock mag, the slide will not lock back just fyi. I have dropped it on stone, concrete and no issues whatsoever.

Not much to say, very durable, easy to install. Best looking and shooting Glock mag extension in my opinion. They sell a version for Glock 19-length mags on other sites as well.

Initially installed on Gen 3 mags and had a ton of failure to feeds. Installed on brand new Gen 6 mags and have had zero issues since through about 600 rounds so far.
