The IRAY RH25 V2 is one of our go-to thermal units. Whether it's mounted as a clip-on, on a helmet, or even as its own standalone thermal optic, it offers an excellent balance of performance and value while being one of the more versatile thermals on the market.

If you’re looking into more helmet-dedicated units and budget isn’t a concern, the Trijicon SKEETIRx is a great choice for its compact footprint and lightweight construction. The included flip mount also allows it to serve well as a clip-on device.

If you’re looking for a rifle-dedicated thermal, the REAP-IR is what you’re after. Unlike the other thermal units, the REAP-IR is solely a thermal optic and doesn’t offer the same level of flexibility, but what it lacks in flexibility it makes up for with optic-specific features, like MRAD, MOA, and BDC reticle options, as well as a top rail for secondary optics.
