Section 1. GENERAL 1. Scope a. These instructions are published for the information and guidance of the personnel to whom this equipment is issued. They contain information on the operation and on the organizational and field maintenance of the equipment, as well as a discussion of the theory of operation. They apply only to Rectifier RA—91-B. b. Appendix I contains a list of current references; appendix II contains an identification table of parts for Rectifier RA—91-B. 2. Forms and Records The following forms will be used for reporting unsatisfactory conditions of Army equipment: 3 a. DD Form 6, Report of Damaged or Improper Shipment, will be filled out and forwarded as prescribed in SR 745-45-5 (Army), NAV DEPT SERIAL 85P00 (Navy), and AFR 71-4 (Air Force). b.
