This publication provides overprinted DA Forms 2062 (Hand Receipt) which list the contents of Components of End Items (COEI) and Additional Authorization List (AAL) items for Radio Sets AN/PRC-119A/D/F, AN/VRC87A/C/D/F, AN/VRC-88A/D/F, AN/VRC-89A/D/F, AN/VRC-90A/D/F, AN/VRC-91A/D/F and AN/VRC-92A/D/F. 2. GENERAL a. Sections II through XXIV are the overprinted DA Forms 2062 listing contents of COEI's and AAL's, extracted from TM 11-5820-890-10-8. Within each COEI and AAL the components are listed in alphabetical order. b. The overprinted DA Form 2062 will eliminate manual preparation of the form and will assist organizations in the inventorying and accounting for property as required by AR 710-2. c. Local reproduction of the overprinted DA Form 2062 is authorized.
