Radar Electronic Fundamentals has been written for the purpose of providing the student technician with an understanding of basic circuits which are the components of more complex radar circuits. It 1s assumed that he possesses a rudimentary knowledge of magnetism and electricity and the basic principles of radio, and is familiar with the subject coverage of either the Radio Technician Courses as furnished by the Bureau of Naval Personnel, or TM 1-455 and 11-455 as provided by the War Department. The review of electrical fundamentals is provided in section II for the student who requires a survey of pertinent electrical concepts prior to the study of circuit performance. This section is not in sufficient detail to serve as an introduction to the subject of electricity.
