To prevent stray pick-up from the h-v windings of power trans- former T201, which could falsely trigger the tapper bar, the wiring of Amplifier AM-7D/FMQ-1 has been changed by grounding the filament cir- cuits of transformer T201 (terminals 9 and 11). Resistor R205 has been removed because it is not necessary when using the 6.3-volt secondary winding of the present transformer. In previous models, this resistor was needed as a dropping 4 resistor, since transformer T201 has a °.5-volt secondary. d. Rack MT-678A/FMQ-2.
