Marine Corps Warfighting Publication (MCWP) 3-17.2, MAGTF Explosive Ordnance Disposal, defines the principles for structuring and conducting explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) operations across a range of operations in all operating environments. The purpose of this publication is to establish EOD force command and control principles, concepts, procedures, and responsibilities from the highest-level headquarters through intermediate headquarters to the EOD force's single points of contact.
