ATP 1-0.1 merges ATP 1-0.1 and ATP 1-0.2 into one new publication. ATP 1-0.1 nests with FM 1-0 and expands on techniques used to provide HR support. ATP 1-0.1 provides doctrinal guidance and techniques for conducting continuous theater-level HR operations from initial entry into theater to cessation of hostilities and redeployment. ATP 1-0.1 also focuses on doctrinal guidance and techniques for delivery of HR support provided by ASCC, corps, and division G-1/AGs and multi-domain task force (MDTF), brigade, and battalion S-1 sections in the key functions of personnel accounting and strength reporting, HR support to replacement and casualty operations, personnel readiness management, essential personnel services, and morale, welfare, and recreation operations.
