Effectively identifying threats using visual cues is a skill that every armed citizen, whether civilian, military, or law enforcement, must master. Most shoot/no-shoot style CQB training relies on repetitive paper targets. The same bad guys, good guys, and hostages are in the same poses, same clothes, and using the same weapons. This limits the number of scenarios that can be set up and the number of times any drills can be run before target identification training becomes a shallow-memory exercise.
Chameleon targets solve this by providing a nearly infinite variety of completely randomized humanoid paper targets. This makes it easy to set up any scenario imaginable, and impossible to memorize the targets from one drill to another.
We render thousands of photorealistic images for each target category, and every target is an entirely different image of a unique person in a unique pose. These targets need to be analyzed each time, helping you combat training complacency. The Chameleon system forces students to be on their A-game every time a target presents itself, eliminating the possibility of making decisions based solely on subconscious target memory.

The Chameleon System can also create larger, fully customized orders. These bulk orders can consist of any percentage of any target type, threat category, and camera angle.
The options you can choose are:

2) Non-Threat Categories – Neutral Pose; Submissive Pose; Non-Weapon Objects
3) Special Categories – Hostage Takers, Undercover LEO, First Responders, Hospital Staff, etc.

Additional options include randomly-generated hard cover and concealment, in-reach items, and more. The variety of options available allows trainers to set up any scenario, and the highly detailed target characteristics provide additional training opportunities, such as graded after-action reports, suspect descriptions, and weapon identification. Bulk orders can also be customized by adding department or unit information to the target prints.
