Overview

Magwells can definitely make a difference with reloads as they help eliminate some of the room for error. Increasing consistency can help improve speed, but training always trumps gear. The ZEV Tech PRO Magwell is our favorite CCW style magwell on the market.

Compact magwells are compatible with Glock 19 handguns. Choose Standard for Glock 17 and 34 models. Click here for further model compatibility notes.

10 Round magazines WILL NOT work with this model of magwell. If 10 round capacity magazines are primarily used, this product is not recommended.

FAQ

Aren't magwells for competition shooting?

If it makes you better, faster, more consistent… why wouldn't you want that in a gunfight? This particular magwell can be found being used by various top tiered units. And for good reason.

Can magwells create complacency?

Yes. If you come to rely on shoving the magazine into the magwell and relinquishing your grip on the magazine too soon, that can definitely become a problem if you load into a gun that doesn't have one.
