The ESSE-6 is a full-size fixed-blade knife that lends itself well to larger jobs where form factor and weight are less of a concern. Similar to other ESEE knives, this variant showcases a 1095 high-carbon steel blade, prioritizing durability through its heavy construction. While 1095 excels in toughness, edge retention, and easy sharpening, it lacks the corrosion resistance of stainless steels, requiring some more maintenance. This model features a gray Micarta handle and a partially serrated edge for increased cutting power.
