Why can’t this patch be shipped internationally but the other one can be?
The International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) doesn’t like IR reflective items to be shipped internationally so we can’t. The other patches, however, are not IR reflective, so they’re restriction-free.
RESTRICTIONS
