The Jacked Rabbit Trainer Plates are weighted plates designed around the original AC1, which also makes them an excellent fit for our AC0, AC1.5, and other standard plate carriers. Unlike traditional steel trainer plates, the Jacked Rabbit plates can flex and conform to the body during activity, reducing hot spots and overall discomfort while keeping bulk to a minimum. These plates are intended for use in The Tactical Games but can be a great addition to any training regiment where you need a weighted plate carrier.

Jacked Rabbit specifically designed these plates around The Tactical Games, with the 7-lb pair bringing most carriers up to the men’s division 15-lb standard and the 5.5-lb pair meeting the women’s division 12-lb standard.

These are weighted inserts and are not ballistic plates. This product is not intended or designed for personal protection.
